The inaugural Paediatric Research for the Future of Children (PRFC) brought together pediatric investigators from North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia during a time of rapid scientific and structural change in the field.

The Dr. José Antonio Saldaña National General Hospital of Pulmonology and Family Medicine has become the first hospital in El Salvador to establish a clinic specialising in paediatric neurodevelopment.

In 2022, the Kenyan government published its National Care Reform Strategy, committing to bringing all children in orphanages back into family and community-based care by 2032, so that every child can grow up with the love and safety they deserve. Hope and Homes for Children is cooperating with the Kenyan government to achieve this objective with the financial support of Fondation Dora.
