Fondation Dora is supporting a new socio-educational centre developed by

Krembo Wings. The centre, located in Israel, provides an innovative model for best practice in inclusive education. It offers a range of training activities and conferences to provide professionals with the inclusion-related tools they need to improve their education programmes and their academic and professional activities.

The aim of the new centre is to help educators develop their skills surrounding academic inclusion, for the benefit of all children, whether disabled or not. As a consequence of this improvement in educational skills, children with disabilities will feel more empowered, be better prepared to thrive socially, and become more involved in day-to-day life at school. At the same time, children without disabilities will learn tolerance and how to support their peers with special needs.

This training is aimed at teachers in schools and kindergartens, educational counsellors, staff in community centres and youth and education departments, and parents. Training outcomes will be shared with the academic community.
